Using traditional sourdough methods, every item we bake is fermented for at least 24 hours. This slow process develops deeper flavor, improves digestibility, and creates consistency across everything we make - from breads to cookies and crumbles.

Everything we bake begins with freshly milled organic flour. Since the whole grain is preserved during the milling process, it retains its natural fiber, nutrients, and flavor, bringing real nourishment and depth to everything we make.

We prioritize high-quality ingredients, sourcing locally and choosing organic whenever possible while keeping our ingredient labels simple. In our kitchen, you’ll only find real butter, clean oils, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients you can trust.

HOW TO ORDER

Each week, we offer the option to pre-order from our weekly menu, so your order is ready and waiting for you.

Our menu opens Sunday afternoon and closes Wednesday evening, giving us time to prep, ferment the dough, and bake everything fresh for you each week.

You can also stop by the Adams County Farmers Market or one of our retail locations to pick up items, while supplies last.

Hannah

I’m a mama of four with a deep love for food that nourishes both the body and the soul. For me, food is a love language - it’s how I care for my family and share joy with others. On any given day you’ll find me in the kitchen, baking with the baby snug in a carrier and the kids laughing nearby.

CRUMB is more than a bakery. It’s my lifelong dream that I get to live out every day. Each loaf and baked good is made with care, intention, and the same ingredients I choose for my own family.
