OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
naturally fermented
Every item is naturally fermented for at least 24 hours, creating better flavor, easier digestion, and gut support. This slow fermentation process lowers the glycemic impact, helps stabilize blood sugar, and boosts nutrient absorption making it easier for your body to get the most out of every bite.
Freshly milled,
Organic Flour
All of our flour is freshly milled from organic, non-GMO wheat, preserving the fiber, minerals, and natural oils that are often lost in commercial flours. You get all the goodness of the whole grain—without additives, chemicals, or shortcuts—for bread that’s nourishing, easier to digest, and full of real flavor.
High-quality ingredients
We prioritize high-quality ingredients—sourcing locally and choosing organic whenever possible, while minimizing additives and preservatives. You’ll never find seed oils, artificial dyes, or unnecessary fillers in our kitchen—only wholesome, nourishing ingredients that you can trust.
HANNAH
MEET
I’m a mama of three, passionate about creating food that nourishes both the body 𝘢𝘯𝘥 the soul. I believe that food is a love language—there’s nothing quite like the warmth of a home-cooked meal or the comfort of cutting into a fresh-baked loaf. It’s my favorite way to care for my family, and now, to share a little extra love with yours.
On any given day, you’ll find me in the kitchen, whipping up a batch of our favorite banana muffins with the baby snug in a carrier and the big kids laughing nearby—the moments I cherish the most.
This bakery is so much more than a business—it’s truly a dream come true. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share my love of baking with you and your family. Your support means that I get to stay home with my babies, soaking up the little moments, teaching them the value of hard work, and living out the kind of life I hope to build for them.
Every loaf, every treat, every bite is crafted with the same care and intention I bring to my own table. From my kitchen to yours…
Thank you for being here!

A Peek inside
The CRUMB kitchen, where every batch is handcrafted with care and intention. As a fully licensed and state-inspected Limited Food Establishment, we follow strict food safety guidelines to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety that you can trust.
We prioritize health and sustainability by using stainless steel equipment—never aluminum or non-stick surfaces—eliminating harmful chemicals like PFAS. While going entirely plastic-free is a challenge, we are committed to minimizing use in both our baking process and packaging, reducing exposure as much as possible.
Please note: this kitchen handles common allergens, such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we do our best to minimize cross-contact, those with severe allergies should take this into consideration.
This is where the magic happens—where a blend of tradition and passion come together. From freshly milled organic flours to natural fermentation, every step in this kitchen is intentional to bring you food that nourishes.
OUR INGREDIENTS
Every item from our kitchen begins with our sourdough starter, over 100 years old, originating in Italy.
Fed daily with organic flour, our starter stays strong, active, and full of life—no shortcuts, just time and care. An older starter brings deeper flavor, stronger fermentation, and bread that’s even easier to digest.
100+ Year old starter
Organic, FRESHLY MILLED FLOUR
We freshly mill organic, non-GMO wheat slowly and with care, preserving the natural oils, fiber, and nutrients that are often lost in commercial flours. You get all the goodness of the whole grain—without the worry of glyphosate or harmful chemicals. It’s real, wholesome, and nourishing - just the way it should be.
AVOCADO OIL
We add a splash of avocado oil to every loaf to bring natural softness and extend freshness—without preservatives. Avocado oil is rich in heart-healthy fats, antioxidants, and vitamin E, supporting both flavor and digestion. You’ll never find seed oils like canola or soybean in our kitchen—only clean, wholesome fats chosen with care.
We use high-quality, organic butter in our cookies, scones, and flavored butters because real nourishment starts with real ingredients.
Organic butter means no hormones, no antibiotics, and no GMO feed—just pure, rich cream the way nature intended. You can taste the difference: richer flavor, creamier texture.
ORGANIC BUTTER
pink himalayan salt
We use pink Himalayan salt in every loaf—the same kind we trust in our own home. It’s unrefined, free of additives, and rich in minerals like magnesium and calcium. Beyond its health benefits, it strengthens gluten, balances fermentation, and brings out the rich, deep flavor in every bite.
We use local, pasture-raised eggs from happy, healthy hens—because clean, simple ingredients matter. Pasture-raised eggs are naturally richer in nutrients like omega-3s, vitamin D, and antioxidants—and you can see and taste the difference in every bake.
